Liaoning University Alumni Association was registered with the Department of Civil Affairs of Liaoning Provincial Government on Sept. 5^th, 1998. The Association aims to strengthen communication between alumni and the university, as well as ties among LNU graduates. Guided by the school motto “Noble in Morality, Extensive in Learning, Tenacious in Action and Independent in Spirit”, it encourages alumni to make contributions to the development of Liaoning University and the prosperity of the nation. The Association complies with the Constitution, laws, regulations, national policies, social ethics and public morality. At present, it runs 43 chapters at home and abroad, including 34 domestic chapters and 9 overseas chapters.

Liaoning University Education Foundation was established in February 2012. It is a non-public foundation registered with the Department of Civil Affairs of Liaoning Provincial Government, with registered capital of RMB 2,000,000. The Foundation carries out public welfare programs in compliance with the Regulations on the Administration of Foundations.
