NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) has launched an expert database for PPP (Public-Private Partnership) in order to lead a sound development of China’s PPP, and to make experts and scholars play a better role in the field of PPP theoretical study, policy making and practice guidance.

Pro. He Jun from School of Economics of LNU successfully got through the selection after application, and became the only candidate from provincial colleges and universities, owing to his long engaging in PPP study and professional training, and his experience of offering consultations for practical PPP programs.
