On September 28, the Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone held the unveiling ceremony of cooperation projects with colleges and universities. Dr. Pan Yishan, the President of LNU, attended the ceremony and spoke as a representative of the colleges and universities. Vice-president Yang Song and leaders of relevant departments attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Vice Governor Chen Luping and President Pan Yishan jointly unveiled the "Liaoning Shenfu Reform and Innovation Research Institute".

Our school has two projects located in the Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone, namely Liaoning Shenfu Reform and Innovation Research Institute and Liaoning University Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Service Center. Liaoning Shenfu Reform and Innovation Research Institute will fully exploit the comprehensive advantages of our school’s world-class disciplines and government think-tanks, focus on the development needs of the demonstration zone, and carry out research on strategic topics such as development planning, industrial organization and institutional innovation to fully support "Three Districts and One Engine" construction of Shenfu demonstration Zone. There is a batch of 10 projects to be originally settled by Liaoning University Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Service Center and several of the projects have won the Second Prize and other awards of National Science and Technology Progress Award. The center will provide incubation projects with strategic positioning, business model design, business process optimization, interdisciplinary technical support and a series of services.
