On September 20th , Mr. WANG Liwei, Party Secretary and Director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology visited Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Psychological Testing and Behavior Analysis with his colleagues. Professor ZHOU Haobo, Secretary of the School Party Committee met with the guests in Puhe campus.
With listening to the laboratory work report of its research progress, project design, research objectives and application prospects, Mr. WANG Liwei and his colleagues have in-depth understanding of its basic construction, as well as the demands of its scientific researchers. Mr.WANG Liwei highly appreciated the construction work achieved by the laboratory, pointed out the Provincial Department of Science and Technology will act on its responsibility of supporting laboratory construction in terms of policy, funding, scientific research projects and rewards. At the same time, he made instructive views on the aspects mostly concerned by scientific researchers such as evaluation, welfare, award and personnel training.
Party Secretary ZHOU Haobo extended a warm welcome to the guests, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the guidance provided by the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and strong support from the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology during the construction stage of the laboratory. He pointed out, the laboratory construction and its research activities will in strict accordance with the working guidance and requirements suggested by the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, pay attention to carrying out research projects which are connecting with Chinese realities, practice-oriented and state of the art so as to promote high quality development of research works of the laboratory. At the same time, he put forward specific requirements for developing high-standard laboratory construction, including cultivating high-level personnel team, strengthening scientific research team, and continuously improving both software and hardware conditions, aims at achieving high quality scientific research achievements and providing strong scientific and technological support for the improvement of discipline inspection and supervision work.
