The China Scholarship Council has published the evaluation results of the Study in China: International Summer School projects under the Chinese Government Scholarship in 2025. The ‘Future of Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises Digital Transformation Thematic Research and Practice Camp’ applied with the Institute of International Education and the Business School, passing the approval, alongside the ‘Northeast Food Culture and Intelligent Food Engineering Digital Creativity Practice Camp’, and the Institute of International Education and the College of Light Industry,  thus both achieving a historic breakthrough with their  applications.  

The ‘Study in China: ]International Summer School’ project is a brand project with strong support from the Ministry of Education. It aims to promote the integration and mutual learning of Chinese and foreign education and culture through short-term scientific research exchange activities. The approval of the projects declared by Liaoning University (LNU) reflects the recognition at a national level of the strength of the university in the development of world-class disciplines and the development of new engineering majors. It will become a highlight for the university’s international talent cultivation work.

LNU will take this opportunity to further design the curriculum content, ensure the quality of the project implementation, build the brand of ‘Studying at LNU’, and positively promote the development of the Double First-Class Initiative within the university.
