Liaoning Province 2026 Female University Students’ Job Fair and LNU Spring Large-Scale Recruitment Event Held

On March 13, the 2026 Liaoning Province Female University Students’ Job Fair and Liaoning University Spring Large-Scale Recruitment Event, jointly organized by the Liaoning Women’s Federation, the Educational Department of Liaoning Province, and the Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, was held at the gymnasium, Puhe Campus of Liaoning University (LNU). The event aimed to provide high-quality opportunities, focusing on the critical period for employment and addressing the development needs of female talents. It served as a platform for young women to find desirable jobs.

     

 

 

 

During the event, officials, including Feng Ying, Party Secretary and President of the Liaoning Women’s Federation; Li Xiantong, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Committee and Member of the Party Group of the Educational Department of Liaoning Province; Pan Yishan, Party Secretary of Liaoning University; Yu Miaojie, President of Liaoning University; Wu Wencai, Member of the Party Group and Vice President of the Liaoning Women’s Federation; and Zhang Hongxin, Deputy Party Secretary of Liaoning University, visited the university’s one-stop community for talent cultivation. They also visited the job fair, touring corporate booths to gain detailed information into recruitment needs and talent development plans. They also engaged in conversations with job-seeking students, inquiring about their career intentions and employment challenges, while encouraging them to build confidence in their professional journeys and showcase the strength and grace of women. They also urged graduates to consider staying in or coming to Liaoning, contributing their youthful wisdom and energy to the province’s comprehensive revitalization.

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

A total of 106 enterprises, including China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), China Resources Mixc, Muyuan Foods, Shiyuedaotian, and Shenyang Sanyo Heavy Industry, participated in the event. These companies, comprising central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and well-known private firms, spanned popular sectors such as education, information technology, finance, culture and media, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. They offered 4,715 high-quality employment positions for job-seeking students. The diverse range of job types and requirements fully catered to the career expectations of female university students from various majors and academic backgrounds.

     

 

 

 

 

A total of 5,116 university students from over 20 institutions, including Liaoning University, Northeastern University, Dalian University of Foreign Languages, and Bohai University, attended the job fair,. Armed with carefully prepared resumes, the students eagerly consulted with corporate representatives at the booths, inquiring about job requirements, salary packages, and career development opportunities. They actively engaged in discussions with recruiters and submitted their applications enthusiastically. By the end of the event, 16,558 resumes had been submitted, 3,613 interviews had been conducted, 1,142 preliminary employment intentions had been reached, and 122 students had signed contracts on-site.

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

The job fair was simultaneously live-streamed with job postings on the “Jiu Lailiao” WeChat video channel, ensuring access to real-time information for job seekers unable to attend in person.

   

 

As a concurrent event of the Third Liaoning Province University Student Career Planning Competition, this job fair was not only a key component of our university’s spring initiative to promote employment but also a concrete action taken during this critical period of Liaoning’s comprehensive revitalization to fully support high-quality and full employment for graduates. The event received coverage from media outlets including Liaoning Satellite TV’s “Liaoning Evening News,” the “Jinguo Xiu Liaoning” WeChat public account, and the “Jiu Lailiao” employment service platform.
