Prof. GUO Jie , doctoral tutor, has been committed to land law research, and has published 48 papers, and 8 monographs, main academic views : First, "Law Research" published "Changes of legislation model in Use of land" a paper that China's land use administrative control legislation should be transferred to the modern control theory of planning rights, regulatory consultations, community agreements and other private incentive model, was cited 18 times by Peking University Journal and other publications. Second, in the monograph "Land Resources Protection and Civil Legislation Research", the national land ownership and peasant collective land ownership should establish equal legal framework for transactions; legal relationship between lands by the administrative law, economic law, civil law distinctions constitute, has been cited 495 times. Thirdly, the theory of "special sacrifice" is introduced for the first time in the study of civil law on compensation for land expropriation, is the 87th place in the citation of civil law. Fourth, the monograph "macroeconomic regulation and control of land relations law" is the only one from the perspective of economic law, the results of the land legal system, was more than 1,000 times cited. Fifth, the study of rural land contract law to Professor Guo Jie as the Supreme People's Court, "The Draft Interpretation of Rural Land Contract Law," the drafting of experts to participate in the interpretation of the legislative activities.
