FAN Miao, Female, born in August 1987, Doctor of Criminal Law and Lecture of Liaoning University Law School.

Learning experience: studied at Jilin University Law School and obtained Bachelor of law, Master of Criminal Law and Doctor of Criminal Law from 2005 to 2015.

Research direction: Criminal Law, Criminology.

Professional affiliations: the executive director of Criminal Law Research Association of Liaoning Law Society, the executive director of Criminal Law Research Association of Shenyang Law Society and the executive director of the Criminology Research Association of Liaoning Law Society, the member of Liaoning Province young doctor of law think tank.

Academic achievements: published over 10 academic papers in national core journals including Guangming Daily, Law Science Magazine, Social Science Journal, Journal of Northeastern University (Social Science), Justice of China and Procuratorate Daily; presided over 1 project of National Social Science Fund, 2 projects of Liaoning Provincial Philosophy Social Science Planning Fund and participated in 5 projects of national and provincial scientific research.

Teaching achievements: the case for teaching has been selected into the Case Library of professional degree teaching of Ministry of Education, and the multimedia courseware has won the provincial and ministerial teaching achievement awards many times. To train the students in Law School to participate in The National Collegiate Moot Court competition, Liaoning Province Undergraduate Moot Court Competition as well as Liaoning Province Postgraduate Moot Court Competition, and won different awards including but not limited to the championship, first-class award for outstanding legal documents and outstanding instructor award.
