WANG Xiaobin, male, born in January 1985, native of Haicheng, Liaoning Province, lecturer in Law School of Liaoning University. He obtained a doctorate degree in criminal law from Jilin University in 2015.

His main research interests are criminal law and criminal procedure law. He is also the Deputy Secretary-General and Director of the Criminal Law Research Society of the Liaoning Provincial Law Society, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Criminal Law Research Society of the Shenyang Law Society, and the Legal Advisor of the Public Security Branch of the Huanggu District of Shenyang City. Published 6 papers in CSSCI source journals and Chinese core journals, such as "Social Science Front", "Criminal Law Series", "Northern Methodology", "Journal of Shandong Police College", hosted and participated in 8 projects of various types, master's degree thesis " "Research on the Causes of Crimes from the Perspective of Primary Social Groups" was rated as "Jilin Excellent Master's Dissertation", thesis "Review of" Pocketization "of Illegal Business Crime" won the "First Prize of Liaoning Provincial Criminal Law Research Association 2016 Annual Meeting" .
