Professor of communication engineering at School of Information, Liaoning University, received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Communication Engineering at Jilin University in 1988 and Harbin Institute of Technology in 1991 respectively. She completed her Ph.D in Control Theory and Control Engineering at Northeast University in 2003.

The research interests include wired and wireless communication networks, especially in fundamental problems in the design, control, performance, pricing, scheduling and resource allocation of these networks.

Her courses and teaching interests include Fuzzy Mathematic, Signals and Systems, Communication Network and Exchange of Technology, Satellite Communications and New Technology of Network.

YIN Fengjie  had lead or participated in eight research projects which are sponsored by National Natural Science Founding or sponsored by Education Department of Liaoning Province, and she published 40 papers in academic journals or conferences. She had been awarded two second prize and three third prize of Natural Science Foundation Academic Achievement Award of Liaoning Provincial. Also, she published an academic monograph.
