GUO Kaihong received the PhD. degree in management science and engineering from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2011.

He is currently an Associate Professor and a PhD Supervisor with the School of Information, Liaoning University, Shenyang, China. In the last 5 years, he has published 1 academic book and more than 20 papers in premier journals, including the European Journal of Operational Research, the IEEE Intelligent Systems, the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and so on. His current research interests include uncertainty modeling & intelligent computing, information fusion, and decision analysis, and have been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education of China, and the Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province of China.
