WU Yingchun (born January, 1973) is a vice professor of the College of Communication at Liaoning University, a Master Instructor, the vice president of the Liaoning reciting Association, Judges of the Professional National Society Language Art Level Exams, one of the committees of National Mandarin Standard, a member of the Council of China Higher Education of Journalism and Communication, judges of the fifth CCTV Xiaqing Cup Reciting Championship, and the All Voice Types President of the Liaoning University Choir. Because of her personal achievement, Professor. Wu used to achieve the Best Bachelor Instructor Title, the Best Communist Member of Liaoning University title, the best Mandarin Chinese Tester title, the Best Class Counselor title, and also used to achieve the Best College Instructor title in the fifth Future Gold Microphone Championship in 2017. She is Han Chinese and a former member of the China Communist Party.  

Professor. Wu used to study in the Fushun Normal College（high school）, Music Major. Then, she gets her undergraduate degree in the Shenyang Music College, Teaching Major, and gets her graduate degree in the Communication University of China, Journalism Degree.

She teaches lectures for Announcers Articulation, Fundamentals of Broadcasting for Artistic and Literary Works, TV Hosting, Introduction to the Art of Announcing and Hosting, Anchor Profession, Journalist Communication Art, and one general courses, Foundation Practice of Language Pronunciation .

 Professor. Wu is the author of TV Broadcasting and Hosting, pressed by the Higher Education Publisher. This textbook used to achieve First Prize of Chinese Higher Education of Filming and Media. This textbook has been selected to be part of the Official Guidebook of Liaoning Provincial Madeiran Chinese Test.
