MA Qiting, born in 1974, associate professor, graduate advisor of College of Communication and director of Speech Communication in Liaoning University. She worked in Liao Ning Radio as host and producer. Many of her programs won national and provincial radio awards. In 2004, she transferred to Liaoning University. She is now director of China Netcasting Services Committee in Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art and national Mandarin tester.
