Prof. SHEN Guohua was born in 1965 and achieved master’s degree. Currently，Prof. Shen is a Ph.D. supervisor, second-level professor and the Dean of the Department of Broadcasting, Film and Television of Liaoning University. Prof. Shen was the former member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party and Vice President in Tianjin Haihe Media Group, also the Deputy Editor-in-chief of the Broadcasting and Television Division. Prof. Shen has already been engaged in journalism for 30 years so far and achieved lots of outstanding honors and results. He has successively won the title of "Tianjin Model Worker", the first-level candidate of “Tianjin 131 Talents”, the "Four Batches" Talents of the Central Propaganda Department of China, the winner of the Twelfth “Taofen” Awards, and enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. Besides, Prof. Shen planned and participated in the compilation of the TV news program "The Chumar River at the Source of the Yangtze River", which won the first prize of the 11th China News Awards; the TV interview "Tianhe No.1: The Contest Behind Speed" won the first prize of the 21st China News Awards.
