LIU Chang, female, PH.D of law with Liaoning University as one of the first batch of national scholarship Fellows, currently is director of professional teaching and research office of Asian-Australian Business School of Liaoning University, and a member of Liaoning Provincial Institute of Finance and Law. Since 2016, she has been teaching business law and company law under the common law system, and researching on China's financial and tax legal system. She has participated in many projects from the Ministry of education, provincial and municipal level, and won the outstanding achievement award of the annual conference of philosophy and social sciences of Liaoning Province with more than ten papers in Social Sciences, Modern Education Management, JOURNAL OF LIAONING UNIVERSITY (Philosophy and Society Edition) and other domestic academic journals.
