HAN Yu

HAN Yu, a professor at Physics Department, Liaoning University, received B.S. And M.S. degrees in Physics in 1990 and 1997 respectively, both from Liaoning University. She completed her Ph.D in Material Physics and Chemicals in 2010 at Northeast University, China.

The research interests include the Condensed Matter Theory, focuses on electronic properties and its transport properties in low dimensional semiconductors. The main research achievements are as follows,
