WANG Ximan is Doctor of law, Professor, doctoral supervisor, deputy dean of School of Marxism, Liaoning University, director of contemporary world Marxist political party research center, leading talents of philosophy and Social Sciences in Liaoning Province, lecturer of the youth lecturer group of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, lecturer of the "one hundred people level" project of Liaoning Province, outstanding young talents of Ideological and political education in Liaoning Province, and ideological and political education in Liaoning Province Political education and teaching experts, Shenyang leading talents, Shenyang Technology pacesetters, mainly engaged in the study of Marxist political parties and schools.

Dr. Wang is Vice president of the CPC Historical Figures Research Association of Liaoning Province Communication review expert of the National Social Science Foundation of China, communication review expert of the "Yangtze River scholars" program of the Ministry of education, communication review expert of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, review expert of Liaoning Social Science Foundation, special researcher of the world socialist research center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, special researcher of the foreign Marxist party research center of the central China Normal University, China Society of science and socialism and He is a director of the contemporary world socialist professional committee, a researcher of the research center of socialism with Chinese characteristics of Liaoning University, and an expert in reading promotion of Liaoning University.

Dr. Wang was born in 1981, Qingdao, Shandong Province. After he received his Ph.D degree from Central China Normal University in June 2010, he is succeed to getting the postdoctor degree both of Theoretical Economics and Politics. And he teaches at Liaoning University students courses “Maos’ Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”, graduate courses “A Study on the Frontier of Scientific Socialism”, “Introduction to Political Science ”,as well as doctoral courses “A Study on the Frontier Issues of Basic Principles of Marxism”.
