ZI Mingfang, born in Urumqi Xinjiang, in November 1976, is a teacher of French Department of College of Foreign Studies Liaoning University.

She graduated from Literature Department of Beijing International Studies University in July 2001 with a BA degree. In June 2008, she graduated from College of Liberal Arts, Liaoning University with a Master's degree of Literature and Art. From July to August 2003, she received a two-month language training in EUROCENTRE Language School, La Rochelle,France.

Her research direction is French language and literature and she teaches basic French course.

She has published three academic papers in professional journals, including co-writer of "French newspapers and periodicals in time "," my first French book" and so on. She has participated three scientific research projects of departments, translated several French films and TV plays and won the Excellent Teacher Award of College of Foreign Studies Liaoning University in 2011.
