Zhang Guohui, male, born in September 1970. Master of environmental science and bachelor of computer engineering. Senior engineer and professor of environmental engineering. Postgraduate supervisor, general secretary of Liaoning Provincial Environmental Science Association and executive director of International Engineering Research Institute of Urban and Energy Environment of Liaoning University. Council member of Environmental Science Association of China and member of Liaoning Science and Technology Association. Professional orientations are ecological environmental engineering, environmental damage identification and assessment, environmental economy and ecological protection industry, science and technology achievement transformation, environmental science popularization and public interest litigation, etc.

    Obtained 10 national invention patents. Fulfilled two local standards, nine provincial-level technological achievements and two national technological achievements.Won four Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Awards, one Shenyang Municipal Science and Technology Progress Third Prize, one Liaoning Forestry Science and Technology Award First Prize. Published 10 monographs and more than 20 papers.
