GU Aihua , PhD of Management, is a Professor, Supervisor of doctoral students and the Chair of Public Administration Department. Her main research field is on Government Administration and Administrative Responsibilities.

She is also a member of Government Policy Advisory Committee of Liaoning Province and the President of Liaoning Public Administration Research Committee.
