Gao Xingwei, male, born in Suizhong, Liaoning Province on September 5, 1966, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is Doctor of law, professor, and master's tutor of basic principles of Marxism. He has Published two academic works; More than 10 academic papers have been published in journals above the provincial level. He hosted and participated in 8 scientific research projects above provincial level. He has been engaged in teaching ideological and political theory courses for a long time, mainly teaching Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Basic Principles of Marxism, Contemporary World Economy and Politics, and other courses.
