Liu Haiying, female, (1973-), a lecturer in the English Department. Since September, 1997, I have been working as a teacher of English in the College of Foreign Studies of Liaoning University. From September 2010 to June 2012, in my part time, I finished the postgraduate courses in Liaoning Normal University, and got a master’s degree. I take great interest in cross-culture communication , metaphor and idioms , applied linguistics , especially, grammar researching and teaching . In my free time, I am keen on grammar teaching, listening to VOA and BBC news broadcasting and read English magazines like the New York Times, Financial Times, the Atlantic ,etc . In addition, I do some sports like playing badminton and shuttlecock.
