Professor Xu Yekun (male) was born in December 1984. He has a Ph.D. in management from Nankai University and is a doctoral supervisor. Prof. Xu currently serves as the deputy dean of the Institute of China Enterprise Reform and Development of Liaoning University and is in charge of teaching and researching in the field of corporate governance.

Prof. Xu is a selectee of the National Youth Talent Program and the Liaoning Revitalization Talent Program of Liaoning Province, as well as an Outstanding Teacher of Liaoning Province.

Prof. Xu has presided over six projects and participated in ten major bidding projects under the National Natural Science Foundation and Humanities and the Social Science Foundation under the Ministry of Education. He has published nearly 30 papers in academic journals, at home and aboard, including Economic Research, Management World, Economics, Journal of Financial Research, and Journal of Business Research while also coediting four monographs. Prof. Xu’s research achievements won second prize at the Outstanding Technology Achievement Awards (Humanities and Social Science) of the Ministry of Education and second prize at the Outstanding Achievement Awards in Social Science in Shandong Province.
