 Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of talents cultivation in colleges and universities. It is also a “golden standard” to measure the quality of college education. In recent years, Liaoning University has closely focused on the fundamental task of morality education, actively responded to the call of the times and the national development strategy. Taking “real problems” as the guidance, Liaoning University has coordinated multiple resources from teaching, scientific research, administration and society, upgraded the idea and built a rich ecology for entrepreneurship and innovation education, launched a complete system of institutional security, developed the “Kangua (melon-chopping) network” real problem platform, designed a closed-loop link of entrepreneurship and innovation education. Thus, Liaoning University has nurtured and incubated numerous outstanding achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
