Abstract: After discussing the origin and development of circular economy, this paper studies the concept and significance of circular economy, and gives the measures that need to be taken to develop circular economy and build a resource-saving society in the case of China's large population and resource constraints, hoping to provide some suggestions and countermeasures for China's economic construction.
