Abstract: The documentary "Ji Shu" presents three parts :"saving dogs", "treating dogs" and "loving dogs". It not only shows people's treatment of animals, but also conveys the salvation to people. This paper is divided into three parts to analyze the documentary "ji Shu". The first part is from the subject expression and the ethical thinking caused by the work; The second part is to express the salvation of life from the three aspects: "reproducing the misery of life by dynamic shooting mode", "showing the truth of life by static shooting mode", and "restoring the existence of life by sound-picture parallel", The third part analyzes the leap of emotion from three aspects: black and white tonality, normal tonality and warm tonality.
