ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of society, economic development has expanded from quantity to quality. The five development concepts are the scientific connotation of high-quality development adapted to the new era, among which the concept of "coordination" and "green" emphasize the protection of Environment protection. How to coordinate the relationship between high-quality economic development and ecological environment protection is closely related to sustainable development. Eco-environmental protection is an important reason for economic growth, and the coupling and coordinated development between them is the main way to achieve sustainable development.

This paper mainly analyzes the coupling and coordinated development of high-quality economic development and ecological and environmental protection, and analyzes the differences of coordination degree in different regions. Based on the five development concepts, this paper constructs a high-quality economic development index system, and constructs an eco-environmental protection index system from two aspects of pollution control and resource protection. The entropy method is used to weight the indicators to measure the high-quality economic development and eco-environmental protection development of 30 provinces in China, and the coupling coordination model is used to study and analyze their coordinated development, and the obstacle degree model is used to study the obstacle factors affecting the coordination degree. Then it analyzes the regional differences of the coupling coordination degree between China's high-quality economic development and ecological and environmental protection. China's 30 provinces and cities (except Tibet) are divided into six economic regions: East China, North China, southwest, northwest, Central South and northeast. Based on the coupling co scheduling calculated above, dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method is used to calculate the difference value and source of each region. Analyze its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics. Finally, the conclusion of the article is summarized and analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward.

The results show that from 2008 to 2019, the high-quality economic development and the comprehensive development level of eco-environmental protection in 30 provinces and cities in China are in a steady upward trend The coupling coordination degree between the two is in the primary coordination stage in the six major regions, and the coupling coordination degree of the two is on the rise, there is a trend of medium-level and well-coordinated development, showing a trend in spatial pattern from south to north, from east to west, from coastal to inland. The main obstacles to the harmonious development of the two are the innovative development and resource conservation status.

The regional differences of high-quality economic development and Environment protection fluctuated steadily from 2008 to 2019, and the differences mainly came from different regions. Different regions showed different coordinated development degrees due to geographical and economic conditions, and part of the differences came from regional differences. The fluctuation degree of the overall difference decreases gradually.
