Abstract: The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) recently said in a statement that with the past half year of 2019, record temperatures have been set in many parts of the world, and greenhouse gas concentrations are also rising, making 2015-2019 likely to be the hottest five years on record. Coincidentally, the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) also released its Global Climate Report on July 18, reporting that the average temperature around the world in June reached the highest for the same period in the past 140 years, and 2015-2019 will be one of the five hottest years on record. There is no doubt that the global warming trend is accelerating rapidly, which will lead to more extreme weather events, which will eventually seriously endanger the survival of human beings.
