Abstract: On April 3, 2019, the "China Climate Change Blue Book (2019)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Climate Change Blue Book") released by the Climate Change Center of the China Meteorological Administration shows that at present, the warming trend of China's climate system is increasingly obvious. China's surface average temperature has increased significantly in the past five years, extreme weather has occurred frequently, and the cryosphere is also accelerating melting. China is a sensitive area of global climate change, and the impact of climate warming will gradually appear. Therefore, how to curb our climate warming and reduce the incidence of climate disasters is a major problem that our country must face.
