Abstract: The knowledge structure of international talents should include cultural diversity, compound knowledge structure, and internationalization of vision and consciousness. The basic abilities of international talents should be summarized as communication and expression abilities, understanding and adaptability to international conventions and various cultures around the world, as well as good participation and adaptability. Internationalized talents should have a sense of social responsibility, that is, to correctly understand and handle the relationship between the nation and the international community, to correctly understand and treat the relationship between individuals and society, and to correctly understand and grasp the relationship between culture and concepts. The cultivation of international talents requires an international talent growth environment, high social recognition and support, and strong investment and social practice. Therefore, deepening education reform, valuing talent cultivation, improving education quality, and strengthening cultural construction are necessary means and important ways to cultivate international talents.
