Abstract: The quality of talent cultivation is a key factor in testing the success or failure of Sino-foreign joint running. The construction of scientific quality evaluation system of student cultivation of Sino-foreign joint running is an important measure as well as a useful supplement in the development and construction of Sino-foreign joint running. By applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this study establishes a hierarchical model and judgment matrix of college student cultivation quality of Sino-foreign joint running , and through an empirical analysis from the calculating results of various indicators, the paper builds a scientific student cultivation quality evaluation system, which provides the method and basis for the establishment of training mode of creative talents in Sino-foreign joint school running.
