 Abstract: According to the basic idea of sustainable development, through the analysis of the pollution characteristics of urban sludge and the current situation of resource utilization in China, it is believed that the scientific and effective utilization in circular economy mode is the necessary way to realize sludge resource utilization and the sustainable development of economy, society and environment in China.
