Abstract: China is in a period of rapid economic development, with the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization, arable land resources in various regions are tight, the contradiction between human and land resources is increasingly prominent, and there are problems such as degradation of arable land and serious soil pollution. Therefore, this paper takes Huludao City as an example, studies and analyzes the current situation of cultivated land in Huludao City, the development trend and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the protection of urban cultivated land and the coordinated development of urban economy.
