Abstract: Volunteer service is an important symbol of social development and progress, college students are the main body and force of volunteer activities, college volunteer service is an important part of the volunteer service system, this paper points out the current status quo and dilemmas of college volunteer service, analyzes the problems and causes of the development of volunteer service in colleges and universities, and puts forward the path and countermeasures of the sustainable development of volunteer service in colleges and universities.
