Abstract: Circular economy is a model of social and economic development, which is based on sustainable development, maximizes the use of waste, minimizes the use of natural resources, and thus minimizes the load on the earth's environment. Its core value is to realize the harmony between man and nature. The basic principles established by the circular economy law and related legal systems can carry out reasonable resource allocation, continuously and effectively solve the conflicts in the operation of circular economy, and ensure the effective implementation of circular economy.
