 Abstract: Under the new historical conditions, the development of family enterprises is facing serious challenges, and the innovation of human resource management has become the key to the sustainable development of family enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics and main problems of human resource management in Chinese family enterprises, and probes into some countermeasures of management innovation.
