Abstract: China's financial development is faced with huge institutional difficulties, which are mainly manifested in weak credit foundation, major defects in corporate governance structure, weak financial supervision, absence of financial industrial policies, lack of financial exit system, high state monopoly of finance, institutional imbalance of financial structure, distortion of financial asset price formation mechanism, imperfect financial risk dispersion mechanism and financial industry In ten aspects such as excessive industry protection, only efforts to overcome these difficulties can ensure the sustainable development of China's finance.
