 Abstract: The development of low-carbon economy is the new trend of global economic development in the future. The greenhouse effect is the most serious crisis faced by human beings for the first time in history. The rational use of energy and the change of living environment play a decisive role in the sustainable development of a country in the future. As a developing country, China's sustainable economic development is closely related to the development of low-carbon economy, and it should make positive preparations in the aspects of development strategy, development form, policy mechanism, technological innovation and transformation.
