Abstract: Educational Equity is the basis of the social equity. It is also the new aim and goal proposed by our Party. The current educational inequity mainly exists on the fields of educational condition, subject and object. All these educational inequitable phenomena have happened in other countries. Base on the British and American experience, to improve and perfect the public Educational Fiscal Law is the best method to solve the inequity of society and bring about the educational equity.
