Research on the Education Fairness Problem in the Process of the Integration of Urban and Rural Development

Abstract: In the process of education, fairness is the essential requirement and ultimate goal of education development, which has been settled. To promote education fairness, build effective mechanism, and gradually narrow the gap between regions, urban and rural, intercollegiate is the education policy clearly issued in the third plenary session of the 18th Central Committee. At the same time, the integration of urban and rural development is issued in the meeting in detail. In fact, the integration of urban and rural development is not a separate economic concept, but more a social development model and a new kind of urban and rural relationship between workers and peasants. A new kind of development model and the relationship between urban and rural areas are bound to bring new atmosphere and new change, new change will inevitably form the opposed state to the original one. At the same time the state will inevitably bring a variety of problems. However, what we can see is the integration of urban and rural development can provide not only good development platform and power for education, but also a positive role for the education development. On the other hand, good education also plays contributing role for the integration of urban and rural development process, to better promote the progress of the integration of urban and rural development. As a result, during the process of integration of urban and rural development, equality of education will also present different status in different stages which might also create some problems. Under the background of comprehensively deepen reform, this article explores education fairness in the integration of urban and rural development and the process of its propulsion, the resulting development opportunity and encountered obstacles, and countermeasures are put forward. Focuses on many measures in deepening the social reform, which reflects the positive influence of education fairness and obstacles. Especially in the integration of urban and rural development process to promote this new social form, the long impact and convenience produced by education fairness. Good is bad, of course, new changes and new roads are likely to encounter new problems. Aiming at these problems emerged and inherent impacting the realization of education fairness and the related reasons, the author puts forward a series of countermeasures, believes under the good environment of comprehensively deepen reform, various policy reform synchronized advancement for the development of the education fair undoubtedly laid a sunshine avenue, and to promote the integration of urban and rural development is for the realization of education fairness to install the speed up motor.
