Abstract: Due to the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, global climate warming has brought a series of disastrous consequences to the economic development and ecological environment of various countries. Under the United Nations Climate Change Cooperation framework, countries have engaged in painstaking negotiations to join forces to address the threat posed by climate change. On the other hand, China needs to actively and prudently participate in global climate change governance and seek financial and technical support from developed countries through cooperation with other countries. This is not only conducive to promoting the development of the world's emission reduction cause, but also the need to safeguard their own national interests.
