Abstract: History and the laws of nature have determined that in more than a decade, the college students we cultivate now will become the protagonists on the social stage. The historical responsibility of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will be realized by contemporary college students. Their current situation determines the future of the nation, and their value orientation will affect the value orientation of a family, and even the entire society. With the rapid development of internationalization of higher education, the Sino foreign cooperative education model has received high attention and welcome in China. Due to changes in training methods, new challenges have been posed to the party building work in universities under the Sino foreign cooperative education model. Since the 18th National Congress, the central government has attached great importance to cultivating and practicing socialist core values among college students throughout the entire process, because socialist values are a powerful ideological weapon and a scientific action guide.
