Abstract: Sino-Foreign Cooperation“2 + 2”and“3 + 1”models have been changed into important reinforcements for many tertiary educational institutions in China． Under this brand new teaching model，paying an attention on selection in the entrance by using extra test to the freshman，creating new assessment standards to explore the new teaching model in the classroom and focusing on the students to materialize the cooperation can help us using foreign advanced English teaching methods and experiences to upgrade the teaching level in our country．
