Abstract: In recent years, more and more scholars have conducted in-depth research on corporate environmental management and put forward initiatives such as green human resource management. As multinational corporations (MNCs) have a large size, wide business scope and sufficient resources, and need a positive corporate image to meet the expectations of various stakeholders, green human resource management (HRM) in line with the requirements of sustainable development is easier to be implemented in MNCs. The article analyzes and discusses this issue.
