Abstract: The funding problem has always been the bottleneck of the sustainable development of higher education. This paper briefly summarizes the connotation and function of the sustainable development of higher education, and introduces the development strategy of Liaoning Province. This paper analyzes the shortage of funds and puts forward some practical countermeasures.
